Shipping policy

We ship our orders through Bosta or via in-house couriers.

Shipping in Cairo and Alexandria is within 2 days.

Express shipping is available in Cairo - with 24 hours of order submission.

You can check your items while the courier waits, and if it is not suitable for you. We ask that you pay the shipping fees and return with him. Exchange and refund after the courier leaves are also available but would entail an additional shipping fee. Please check Exchange and Refund section for full policies.

In the event that you are adding multiple items to the order to choose between, we ask that you inform us so we can send it via an in-house courier as our couriers are more flexible concerning time and Bosta does not allow partial delivery, unfortunately.
